Can users hold NFTs in the wallet Magic provides?
Yes, you can use Magic as a wallet solution for your NFT project! We currently support 15+ blockchains and are consistently adding more to the list. Our documentation contains integration instructions and links to examples. We allow you to have full control of the wallet UI/UX for your users - so Magic will fit seamlessly into your project.
Does Magic provide any wallet UI?
Magic puts full control over the wallet UI/UX in the hands of developers. Once a user is logged in Magic essentially functions as key management, so how your users interact with their wallet is completely up to you. We have detailed integration instructions on all of the blockchains Magic supports (a total of 19 blockchains are supported, as of December 2021), as well as examples in our documentation.
Can Magic add support for a new blockchain?
As of December 2021, Magic supports 19 blockchains and we're always working to expand that list! If you don't see your preferred network in our documentation, let us know! You can submit a request here and someone from our team will contact you to learn more. On September 15th, 2022 Ethereum completed The Merge, which transitioned the consensus model from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake.
